Hello, my name is Jada Amo. I have been involved for many years as a Child and Youth worker, a Host Parent and most recently a TCI trainer.
I graduated from Loyalist College in 1994 with my Social Service Worker diploma and have worked for many years as a Child and Youth Worker in residential treatment homes. I took a long break from residential work to pursue a career in the education system; it was there that I discovered my knack for training. I continued to work in the education system and completed my Autism and Behavioural Science certificate. A short time after returning to the role of Host Parent, I took on the challenge of becoming a TCI trainer.
I always look forward to working with staff to support their continuous learning within their roles.
